...how does this work, how much do you pay them, do they work same hours as you etc etc? Just something I'm mulling over at the moment :)

My assistant only used to work the hours I needed her - sometimes it was just for a school run, sometimes from 8.30-4.30. I paid her the minimum wage and she was self-employed so was responsible for her own tax and NI. :thumbsup:
