Hi,

I have sent my forms to my local authority so that I can register as a food business. Should I now do the course or wait for them to tell me if I need to or not?

It depends on your LA requirements!

Some want you to do a course while others aren't too bothered.

It is very good practice to do a course but I have never heard of an Ofsted inspector commenting on the lack of course.

i would ring them and check! :D
