My individual planning is made up of things I know the child enjoys , and some activities designed to focus on things i have noted as ' next steps' on my observations. So ob - next step - planning - ob- next step.....

not all my obs have next steps and not all my individual planning is based on them.

Not sure whether that helps or hinders or even makes sense!

Thanks that does help, so i dont need to do next steps on my individual planning sheet, i just do next steps on my ob's which is then my plans
