I just cant find a way that is working for me to lay out my planning sheets, i just dont know how to record it or do a planning sheet could any body help please

I just have a diary which includes my planning around a topic which I link to the 6 areas of learning and then I add on individual planning for each child based on their next steps. It is nothing very fancy and is all hand written. Sarah Neville has an ebook on planning on her website which could help you (her books are very good and easy to understand)
