So has anyone had two inspections under eyfs and if so what region are you from.

No only one. I had one in Jan 2008 and then one in Sept 2011.

Yes I had one march 2009 and november 2011. My second one was early fortunately I had already completed sef as I though if I got prepared for two and half years I would be reasonably prepared.
