Wondering if someone could help me i am going through the process of taking on a assistant who is going self employed... can anyone tell me what paperwork i have to do aorund the house for them etc risk assess??

You should take legal advice about drawing up a contract that protects you both.

She will need induction training - if you look through the Eyfs (old and new version) you will find lots of things you need to do for staff.
