Thought I'd share this...bloomin lovely and so easy. WE divided between 2 bowls the second time (and halved the cooking time for each) Nrxt time we'll put it in four ramekin bowls.... lovely warm with ice cream or custard x:)

5 Minute chocolate mug cake

4 tbls Self raising flour
2 tbls cocoa
3 tbls milk
3 tbls chocolate chips (optional)
4 tbls sugar
1 egg
3 tbls oil
Splash of vanilla extract
1 very large coffee mug

- Add dry ingredients to mug and mix very well.
- Add egg and mix thoroughly.
- Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
- Add chocolate chips if using and vanilla extract – mix well.
- Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 2 minutes at 800 watts.
- The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don’t be alarmed!
- Allow to cool a little, and tip onto a plate if desired
- EAT! (this can serve 2 if you like sharing)

Really needs cream/ice-cream/custard/chocolate sauce to accompany for full effect!

Why is this the most dangerous cake in the world?

Because now you only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any time of day or night!!

If you want a low fat version try this,

1 egg
1 tbsp cocoa powder
3tbsp canderel sugar
Mix all together in a ramekin dish ( or similar) until smoothish
Microwave for 1 min
Cool and eat!
Probably not as good as the other one but only 1 sin on slimming world!!
