Which art materials for older kids?

The top line 'Have you ordered anything from CC's?' was cut and pasted from Mouse's post. How do I get it to be a different colour so that you know I am quoting someone else? What I mean is, when I just want to quote one sentence from someone's post and not the whole post. Sorry if that makes no sense what so ever!

When you press reply with quote above the text box there are tabs you will see font, size. A a paperclip.

Highlight the text press A and then choose the colour and voila it should change colour
