Water wall

Hey all,

I have been washing out and saving lots of bits and bobs with the intention to make a water play wall for my LO who is 19 months.

There is so little inspiration online. I was just wondering if anyone had one?

Would love to see!!

I am thinking of painting the backdrop of mine to link in with Peppa Pig who is adored by my LO at the moment lol

Would love to hear your advise and see photos if you have any?

Mine's dismantled at the moment due to the fencing being replaced so no photo I'm afraid.
Have you looked on Pinterest? Lots of good ideas there.

Looks simple doesn't it? How do you attach the board to the wall ..hmm must get dh on it!

Are the pool noodles hollow then, sure the ones they sell at our pool are solid foam?

they usually have a small channel down the centre , not very wide , hardly noticeable.

I stand corrected , the ones from the pound shop don't have a channel through the centre , so my bank holiday project took twice as long while I tried to force a hole through the centre...it didn't work very well and I ended up with hardly any noodle left!
But I persevered and adapted and we ended up with this.....

In the Cozy catalogue it has those planters with a blackboard on the back - you could have a water wall on front and black board on the back, even better if you get the caster wheels put on it.

Oh Dette Im jealous now...yours looks all professional and mine looks like it was thrown together ( probably because it was!)
The kids don't mind though so far....
I cant put anything on the back because I threaded the hoover hose through...so no blackboard for me..
