Well we have spent yesterday and today selecting our pumpkins for the week ahead and we bought some extra for us adults to "play" with lol and this us what we came up with! Not bad even if I do say so myself.

    Fabulous pumpkins!

I've just got 11 small ones for lo's to decorate this week - we aren't carving them but painting and decorating them which I'm looking forward to - very messy play

Quick tip with the paint - use a 50/50 mixture of pva glue and poster paint and do about 3 coats. We dried our with hair dryers in between coats to dry them quicker. Glue makes the paint stick better.

They look great. We have made paper mache pumpkins using balloons and are put those artificial tea lamps in them.

I still find the paint peels off even with pva, is it just me?

Here's our daughters addition (a quivering ghost pumpkin)!!!

The paint has stayed on these but it has peeled off other things in the past. X
