painting on windows
Hello all
I wanted to paint a picture on my patio windows and was wondering if anyone had any tips.
Could I just use normal paint?
-
Brave!!
I considered this a few months ago, then bottled it lol
A the nursery I worked it we just used normal paint though, it came off easily enough with Glass and Window cleaner
Have fun xxx

Add a little washing up liquid to normal kids paints it should come of easier
-
I just use regular cheap supermarket kids paints, again with a squeeze of detergent (don't think that actually makes any difference though lol).
Hoping to redo my summer flowers tomorrow with some desert cactus.
-
I quite often draw pictures on the playroom window using bath crayons. They come off with just normal window cleaning spray.
-
I've done my window. I wash it off fine with soapy water. I just use normal paint! In fact this thread has reminded me its time to change my picture now!
If you do not hope, you will not find what is beyond your hopes

I paint on my windows all the time lol. Last Christmas I painted a Christmas tree on it as there isnt enough room in the playroom for a real tree. I use normal kids paint and it washes off with washing up liquid and water really easily. X
If all else fails......add glitter!

Well I let the kids loose with brown to make tree trunk for our autum activities. It required tactical supervision and a lot of babywipes lol.
Maybe I'll paint it next time and just let the children enjoy the puctures.

I watched a member of the school staff trying to remove their painted on picture off the window the other day, didn't look easy to me!!!
