We're doing this at the moment with little ones!

Bear songs... writing invitations (the dinosaurs and spiders are coming)... bear stencils... different types of bears... bear counting... bear shapes in tummies matching game (made it years ago - find 2 squares - 2 triangles etc).

    Enjoy

    I want to copy
I don't like the teddy bears picnic song though, freaks me out ever since I was little!
Ideas- hide and seek with the bear
Or use the bear/s like empathy dolls for the day, like at circle time give them feelings and have a discussion with them
Writing invites and thank you letters to bears after party
Party games with bears, musical chairs or musical statues should be eventful lol
The bear sandwiches sound fab, in morrisons they do bear meat (its gross actually but kids seem to like it)
Have a fab day, sounds like so much fun x

Pinterest really confuses me I do have it but can't quite work it yet. Scholastic doesn't let me print off, was going to use some of their posters. Thanks
